Due to COVID-19 some restrictions in our office have been put in place to ensure the safety of our staff and patients.
1.) All visits to our office are by appointment only including eye exams, repairs/adjustments, and glasses or contact lenses pick ups.
2.) We will offer curb side pick up for those that want to wait in their car. All we ask is that you park in front of our office and wear a face mask. 3.) All staff and patients will have their temperature taken at the door before entering the office.
4.) Our door is locked to ensure we keep track of who comes in and out of our office for everyone safety. Please make sure you knock or give us a call to let us know that you have arrived.
5.) Face masks will be required to enter our office.
6.) Everyone is required to come alone to their appointment with a few exceptions like underage children, elderly patients and disabled patients that need assistance. If someone does come with you to your appointment they will be asked to wait in the car.
7.) Our restroom is out of service to the public. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these troubling times.
At Allied Gardens Family Optometry we take the current health situation in our country very serious and we continue to monitor its developments daily to ensure a safe reopening to both our patients and our staff.
While our office remains open with modified hours we are currently unable to see patients for routine eye exams. It is our first priority to ensure that the right protocols are in place to assure the safety of our patients and staff. We have doubled our efforts to ensure that our office and any equipment that is used is cleaned after every use. Counters, credit card terminal, ipads and even our frames are sanitized after every patient. We will begin to ask that you complete your patient information at home when possible. If you are unable to complete it at home you can still update it in our office. Every office visit will be by appointment only whether it is for a routine eye exam or picking up contacts/glasses. One of our fellow staff members will meet you at the door and check your temperature. Our front door will be locked during business hours so please feel free to knock or give us a call to let us know that you have arrived. Patients will be asked to come alone to their appointments with a few exceptions. Children, elderly patients and disabled patients that need assistance may come with someone to their appointment. Anyone else that comes with a patient may be asked to wait in the car.
We appreciate your understanding and patience. As a small business we thank you all for your support and we can not wait to see you all once again.
Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.
